Both the workmanship warranty and the applicable manufacturer warranty are spelled out on your written quote before you sign.

Damage from new or unaddressed plumbing leaks, structural movement of the foundation, grading or drainage changes made after installation, or modifications made by anyone other than us are not covered.

5. Licensing and Insurance

North Carolina requires a general contractor license for projects over $30,000, which is above the cost of a typical crawl space encapsulation; closed crawl space conversions generally require a permit for the vent sealing.
